A flare is installed in one side of the draw work. A heat shield wall for blocking the heat transferred from the flare is installed between the flare and the draw work. Pad eyes are installed in the derrick and the heat shield wall, respectively, and the draw work is installed therebetween. Accordingly, the present invention can lift the drum shaft using the winch by connecting the winch wire to the drum shaft through the pad eyes.
