【課題】ハンマの打撃による鋼管杭の半径方向内外双方への変形を確実に防止し、鋼管杭の上端部の修復を不要にして継ぎジョイントを迅速に装着できる鋼管杭打ち装置の打ち込み用キャップ及びこれを用いた打ち込み工法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管杭Wを土中に打ち込む際にハンマの打撃による鋼管杭Wの半径方向内方への変形を弾性限界点未満に抑える空隙を鋼管杭Wの内径に対して存するような外径に形成した内方拘束具2を上方から挿通して鋼管杭Wの上端部を半径方向内方へ塑性変形不能に拘束する一方、ハンマの打撃による鋼管杭Wの半径方向外方への変形を弾性限界点未満に抑える空隙を鋼管杭Wの外径に対して存するような内径に形成した有端環状の外方拘束具3を、その周方向一側端及び他側端からそれぞれ半径方向外方へ突出する締め付け座を互いに接近させるように締結して、鋼管杭Wの上端部を半径方向外方へ塑性変形不能に拘束する。【選択図】図2 |

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of noise by a method in which a holder with a through hole through which the upper end of a pile is to be inserted is detachably fixed to the center of the bottom plate of a bottomed cylinder having an upper end opening, and a cap plate and a cushion plate are provided. CONSTITUTION:The body of a holder 1 consist of a short clylinder 2 having flanges 3 and 4 on its both ends and a round bottom plate 5 with a through hole 6. The upper end of the opening of the cylinder 2 is contacted with the downside of the anvil A of an oil-pressure hammer H and detachably fixed by a bolt 9 and a nut 10 at the flange 3. A packing ring 12 is fitted, a disc-chaped cap plate 13 is inserted, and a cushion plate 14 of wood, etc, is fitted into the upside of the plate 13. The occurrence of noise can thus be prevented by contact between the anvil and the cap, and the cap cushion can be easily exchanged. |

A cushion 2 and water 3 are housed in the recession 1a, and when a ram R is dropped, the striking force is transmitted to the anvil 1 through the water 3 and the cushion 2 in the recession 1a of the anvil 1. |

CONSTITUTION:An outside cover 2 is provided on the periphery of a cylindrical cover 5 in a mutually and vertically movable manner, and the outside cover 2 is held in a vertically movable manner on a lead pipe 1 by guide gibs 3 and 4 provided at the upper and lower parts of the lead pipe 1. Also, an annular bracket 6 is fixed to the center of the axial direction of the cylindrical cover 5, and a buffer material 7 is provided above the bracket 6. Furthermore, a holding mechanism 11 to hold a pile 10 to be driven is set at the lower end of the outside cover 2. Thus, apparatus (not illustrated) provided on the leader 1 side can be protected from impact force. |

The inside of the cylinder 3 is divided into a high-pressure gas-filled section GES and oil-filled sections 10 and 11 each of which is divided into two compartments by a partition wall 12 and between which is provided with a check valve 13 and throttled portions 14 and 16. By regulating loss energy by adjusting the throttled portions 14 and 16, the application of overimpaction to the stopper 4 of a piston 5 can be prevented. |

SOLUTION: The title device is provided with three aligning elements 2, 3, 4. The first element block 2 and the percussion block act with each other. The second element mutally acting together with the driven member is positioned in the side opposite to the first element 2 as a support body. The buffer element 4 is provided with cylindrical members 6, 7 fitted concentrically to the central rod 5. The central rod 5 is connected to the first element 2 and the second element 3 is connected to the external cylindrical member 7. The energy is transmitted from the percussion block to the driven member.
