PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of flood, by a method wherein a soil layer is impregnated with rainwater stowed in a regulating pond, and when stowed water is increased to a specified water level, saturated water is drained to the outside of soil through an underdrainage facilities installed in a layer under the regulating pond. CONSTITUTION:When a regulating pond is filled with water up to a water level 3, the water is penetrated into a soil layer 4 through promotion of an underdrainage pipe 5. Thereafter, since the penetrating speed of the soil layer 4 is faster than that of a soil layer 8, a penetrating water amount 10 is higher than a penetrating water amount 9, and thereby a water level 11 in gaps in soil in a layer under a regulating pond A is gradually raised to a drainage position 12 in a gutter 6. This causes rainwater, being about to be penetrated into the soil layer 4 fron the regulating pond A, to be guided to the gutter 6 through the underdrainage pipe 5. |

PURPOSE: To reduce a volume of an underground structure at deep level and a power cost on a drainage pump, and to effectively utilize stored water.
CONSTITUTION: An underground impounding reservoir 10 is provided to the middle position of a flow-in main pipe passage 1 and the ground level in communicated to the flow-in main pipe passage 1. A dam and the like is provided to the bottom part of the underground impounding reservoir 10, a fixed quantity of stored water is made possible to be held, and utilized effectively. Rated total pump head of a drainage pump 8 is selected in matched to a standard water level HWL1 set to an underground impounding reservoir 10 level and operation of the drainage pump 8 is started in accordance with this. Therefore, reduction in drainage pump installation cost and drainage power cost, reduction in excavating work amount and so on in great depth and construction cost, improvement in workability, and shortenizing in construction term become possible.

PURPOSE:To shut off underground seepage water, by a method wherein a drainage pipe, installed to the bottom of a drainage ditch, is covered with a permeable covering substance, a permeable layer is formed throughout the total surface of the side wall, such as embarkment side, levee side of the drainage ditch, and after the permeable layer is covered with an impermeable film, the drainage ditch is back filled. CONSTITUTION:A drainage pipe 2 is installed on the bottom of a drainage ditch 1 excavated under the cultivating land B side of levee C, and the drainage pipe 2 is covered with a permeable covering substance 3 such as foaming synthetic resin, straw, etc. A permeable layer 4, similar to the covering substance 3, is laid throughout the total surface of the side wall on the levee C side of the drainage ditch 1, and after the surface of the permeable layer 4 is covered with an impermeable film 5 consisting of a plate material made of soft synthetic resin or rubber, the drainage ditch 1 is back filled. This enables seepage water to be guided to the drainage pipe 1 by means of the permeable layer 4 in a condition in which penetration of underground seepage water, penetrating through the levee C from river or lake and ozzing out to a face C1 of slope, into a cultivated land B, is shut off by means of the impermeable film 5. |

PURPOSE:To drain water with good efficiency by a method in which a vertical water-collecting pipe having a slit aperture in its periphery is buried in the end portion of a water draining device buried horizontally under the ground, and a water-permeable cover is attached to the opening of the upper end of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:Water which percolates the ground by rain fall is collected in a water draining device 10 and discharged through a water conveyance tube 7. Water in the surface layer of the ground, etc., goes from holes 38 provided in the cover 34 attached to the upper end of the water collecting pipe 26 into the pipe 26. The water in the pipe 26 exudes through the slit aperture in the periphery of the pipe 26 into crushed stones 24, goes from the holes of the cover 25 attached to the end of the water collecting tube of the device 10 into the tube 7, and is discharged. |

PURPOSE:To concurrently drain ground water and surface water by a method in which cobble stones are laid on the lower part of an excavated trench, a trough- like pipe is set on the cobble stones and surrounded by the cobble stones to form a culvert, and an open conduit is provided on the right upper part of the culvert. CONSTITUTION:Cobble stones or gravels 5 are laid on the lower part of an excavated trench, and several trough-like pipes 1 are connectedly set on the cobble stones or gravels 5 by turning its open side downwards. The surrounding of the pipes 1 is coverecd or laid with the cobble stones or gravels 5, the upper part of the pipes 1 are embedded with soil as needed, and an open conduit 7 is provided on the right upper part of the pipe 1. Ground water and surface water can be concurrently drained, so that stagnation of water on sport ground or seed-bed land, etc., can be avoided. |

PURPOSE:To make easier the production of a drip hole device by providing slit-like apertures in both sides of the basal part of a vertical water-guide plate and also in the upper and lower part of the basal part of a cross water-guide plate for a pipe molded by an integral extrusion molding machine. CONSTITUTION:By molding an elemental material 11 (e.g., vinyl chloride, etc.) by an integral extrusion molding method, a vertical water guide plate 13 is formed above the pipe 12 of a hexagonal cross section, inwardly inclined cross water-guide plates 14 are formed on left- and right-handed both sides, and a reinforcing protrusions 15 are formed below the cross water-guide plates 14. Then, over the lengthwise direction of the pipe 12, slit-shaped apertures 16, 17 and 18 are formed in both sides of the basal part of the vertical water-guide plate 13 and also in the upper and lower parts of the basal part of the cross water-guide plates 14. Then, a spacer 19 is inserted into a space 20 between the downsides of the cross water-guide plates 14 and the upsides of the reinforcing protrusions 15 to bear soil pressure applying to the upsides of the cross water-guide plates 14. When such a device is buried underground, water flows on the surfaces of the water-guide plates 13 and 14 and is discharged from the apertures 16-18 to the pipe 12. |

PURPOSE:To provide the titled hydrophobic material which has no change in capacity during the use and has no obstacle on an agricultural work resulting from the natural breakage even if it is exposed to a ground, by a method wherein the material is manufactured such that an inorganic material is used as an elementary material and a small-sized, and a short rodform body or a tubular body is burned at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION:An inorganic material, such as clay, volcanic ash, fly ash, is used as an unglazed hydrophobic material 1 for culver drain pipe, and is burned at a low temperature to form a small-sized, short rodform body 1A or a tubular body. Said rodform body 1A may be formed in an appropriate sectional shape such as hexagon, square, triangle and the like in addition to a column. Fine lines 1C are etched in the outer peripheral surface of the rod form body 1A, or projections may be formed. The similar consititution can be made on the tubular body as well. The unglazed hydrophobic material 1 is of an inorganic material, and thereby, there is no change in capacity during the use, and there is no obstacle on an agricultural work even if it is exposed to a ground, because it returns back to earth. |
