PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for imparting a treating agent by which more uniform distribution of the treating agent in the whole fiber rope is achieved. SOLUTION: The method for uniformly imparting the treating agent to the fiber rope by a dyeing machine involves rotating the continuous rope 4 in a closed vessel 1 by a venturi feeding and delivering nozzle 6 receiving a power by a gaseous feeding and delivering medium to receive the action of the liquid treating agent. The treating agent is stored in a chamber separated from the rope 4 without contacting with the rope 4, so that the treating agent in the amount of per unit time regulated as a function of time may act on the rope 4. 130 Method for washing fiber product JP2005152566 2005-05-25 JP2006328580A 2006-12-07 SHIMIZU TORU
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent method for washing a fiber product, comprising treating the fiber product with a treating apparatus of type for circulating a treating liquid to treat the fiber product, by which oligomers, dye residues and the like can perfectly (approximately perfectly) be removed and by which insufficient washing and excessive washing are not caused. SOLUTION: This method for washing the fiber product comprises a high temperature treating process for loading the fiber product in a treating tank and then bringing the fiber product into contact with a treating liquid circulated on the inside and outside of the treating tank to treat the fiber product, while heating the treating liquid with an indirect heat exchanger disposed in the middle of the circulation route, a liquid-replacing washing process for gradually discharging the high temperature treating liquid from the treating tank and simultaneously gradually supplying washing water into the treating tank, subjecting the discharged high temperature treating liquid and the supplied washing water to an indirect heat exchanging treatment to lower the temperature of the liquid in the treating tank to a prescribed temperature, while the amount of the discharged high temperature treating liquid is equalized to the amount of the supplied washing water to constantly keep the amount of the liquid in the treating tank. The optimal value of temperature gradient in the liquid-replacing washing process is preliminarily set, and the liquid is heated or cooled with the indirect heat exchanger to make a real temperature gradient to coincide or approximate to the optimal value. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a textile cleaning method that can (almost) completely remove oligomer and dye residue and can obtain excellent cleaning effect in the treating method using a treatment apparatus of a type such as liquid circulation treatment apparatus. SOLUTION: In the high temperature treatment step where textile is set in the treatment tank and the treatment solution is circulated through the outside and inside of the treatment tank as the solution is heated up to a high temperature on the way of circulation with an indirect heat exchanger and allowed to contact with the textile and in the solution-exchanging and washing step where the high-temperature treatment solution is gradually discharged from the treatment tank and the washing water is gradually fed in the treatment tank. At this step, the discharge of the treatment solution and the supply of the washing water are kept equal so that the liquid volume in the tank is constant. In this step, the discharged high-temperature treatment solution and the washing water are directly heat-exchanged thereby the temperature of the treatment liquid is maintained at a prescribed temperature for a prescribed time.
