The carrier has a smaller dimension than the piston bore to define an annular orifice. The piston and body are formed with cooperating engaging surfaces forming a valve seat. The piston is provided with channels connecting the surface to the piston bore. Means are provided for forcing a fluid between the engaging surfaces, opening the valve seat and allowing the fluid to flow out of the annular orifice.
