Method for documented tightening and re-tightening of a screw connection
In a tightening method for a screw connection of a bolt and a nut by using a tensioning device, a rotary drive, and a process control unit with documentation module, the nut is tightened with the rotary drive by a tightening moment required for the nut to bear against a support. The screw connection is elongated by exerting axial tension on a threaded end of the bolt protruding from the nut. The nut is further tightened while maintaining elongation, and a rotation angle covered during further tightening is detected by a rotation angle sensor. Lengthening of the bolt is calculated from the rotation angle and thread geometry of the screw connection. A longitudinal force in the threaded bolt is calculated from lengthening of the bolt, bolt diameter and bolt length. The calculated longitudinal force and an identifier identifying the screw connection are stored in the documentation module. |

Multi-laser cutting method and system thereof
The present invention discloses that a multi-laser cutting method and system, which is applied to a substrate to form a primary substrate having a pattern of rounded corners and a line, the throughput could be improved because CO2 laser cannot cut the round corner at the high speed, but the substrate strength could be kept due to the high cutting quality of the lines by CO2 laser. The poor quality of the cutting edges of the round corners will not affect on the substrate strength but the round corner cutting by the second laser unit will speed up the cutting process. The present invention applies the method by the 2 different laser machines to balance the throughput. Because at the same speed, for example 150 mm/sec, the cycle time per 1 substrate will be different due to the different length of the cutting lines. |

Golf ball having a spherical surface in which a plurality of combination dimples are formed
The present disclosure relates to a golf ball, wherein dimples having an extraordinary flight performance by combining the advantages of both circular dimples and polygonal dimples in the related art, in other words, by arranging the combined dimples that give depth to the face of the combined polygon and circle of the same center on the surface of the sphere, the trajectory is bent due to the influence of wind, which is a disadvantage of the conventional polygonal dimples. Intraoperative dynamic trialing
A dynamic trialing method generally allows a surgeon to perform a preliminary bone resection on the distal femur according to a curved or planar resection profile. With the curved resection profile, the distal-posterior femoral condyles may act as a femoral trial component after the preliminary bone resection. This may eliminate the need for a separate femoral trial component, reducing the cost and complexity of surgery. With the planar resection profile, shims or skid-like inserts that correlate to the distal-posterior condyles of the final insert may be attached to the distal femur after the preliminary bone resection to facilitate intraoperative trialing. The method and related components may also provide the ability of a surgeon to perform iterative intraoperative kinematic analysis and gap balancing, providing the surgeon the ability to perform necessary ligament and/or other soft tissue releases and fine tune the final implant positions based on data acquired during the surgery. |
