| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To always maintain the viscosity of a coating liquid at a constant level, by detecting the drip time of a dripped coating liquid, and deciding and adjusting the viscosity of the coating liquid. CONSTITUTION: A dripping cup 8 is sunk in a coating liquid bath 6 generally, and the coating liquid 2 is drawn up and raised as a printed board 9 approaches to the dripping cup 8 in the liquid bath 6 by a transfer means, and the coating liquid 2 is dripped through plural holes provided at the base part 8a of the dripping cup 8, then it is coated on the printed board 9. At this time, the viscosity of the coating liquid 2 dripped on the printed board 9 is detected by optical sensors 19 and 20. And based on the detection, valves 16 and 17 are closed, and a diluted liquid 11, or an original liquid 13 is supplemented automatically, thereby, the viscosity of the coating liquid can be always maintained at the constant level.
