162 Motor JP6956384 1984-04-06 JPS60213239A 1985-10-25 IWATA TADASHI
PURPOSE:To obtain a large rotary force with small power by utilizing attracting force acting between two magnets. CONSTITUTION:Permanent magnets 2 of number that the poles of the same polarity are opposed at an equal interval are annularly disposed around an output shaft 1, and secured at both sides by arms 4 to the shaft 1. Electromagnets 3 are so arranged between the magnets 2 that the poles are opposed to those of the magnets 2 at an equal interval to form the same ring as the magnets 2, and secured at both sides to a pipe 6 passed to the shaft 1. As the shaft 1 rotates, the directions of the currents of the magnets 3 are alternately switched by a commutator 15 and brushes, thereby obtaining the rotation of the predetermined direction of the shaft 1 by the attracting force between the poles of the magnets 2 and 3.

164 Motor JP22856082 1982-12-29 JPS59123455A 1984-07-17 YADA TOSHIJI
PURPOSE:To facilitate the winding of a rotor coil and to form a motor which is long in an axial direction by spacing rotor coils on the axial center of the rotor. CONSTITUTION:Stator poles 1, 2 form a pair of N-poles and S-poles. Rotor coils 4-6 are arranged concentrically with the shaft 3 of a rotor. Rotor poles 7-10 are integrally formed at the rotor disposed at the position corresponding to the rotor coils 4-6, which are respectively connected to commutator segments. A rotary force is generated at the rotor 3 by sequentially energizing the coils 4-6 and the mutual action between the poles 7-10 and a stator field.
165 Magnetic force prime mover JP15880382 1982-09-14 JPS5950759A 1984-03-23 YANAGIYA MORIJI
PURPOSE:To construct a strong prime mover by reversely aligning three flat magnets each of which has poles on the upper and lower surfaces in such a manner that the direction of poles is laterally reverse and that a rotational shaft on which an arm having a magnet and a coil is mounted at the end is provided on the central magnet having narrow width. CONSTITUTION:Three magnet plates 1 each of which is formed by laminating a plurality of magnet plates which are formed by mixing magnetic powder within synthetic resin to produce a ferromagnetic force are laterally aligned. The central magnet plate has a width narrower than those of the magnetic plates at both sides so that the poles are disposed adjacent in reverse direction. The drawing shows N, S, N at the upside and S, N, S at the downside. A bearing 4 which supports a shaft 5 is provided at the center of the central magnetic plate. A plurality of arms 6 are formed at the shaft 5, and a magnet 8 is mounted at the end and a rotor 7 on which a coil 9 for neutralizing the magnetic force of the magnet 8 by the current is mounted is mounted so that the poles are directed toward the rotating direction. When the rotor 7 is moved onto the central magnetic plate 1 of narrow width, a current is flowed to the coil 9, thereby demagnetizing the magnet 8. A prime mover which has highly rotating efficiency can be constructed.

168 Driving device JP10164681 1981-06-30 JPS586062A 1983-01-13 ISHIMOTO ZENICHI
PURPOSE:To increase the application field of a driving device by making an electromagnet and a reed switch confront a permanent magnet, allowing the electromagnet to generate attracting force when the permanent magnet approaches and to generate repelling force when it separates, thereby obtaining the driving device having no brush. CONSTITUTION:Permanent magnets 11-14 and poles 6 of electromagnets 5 are confronted to relatively move therebetween. Further, two reed switches 7, 8 are interposed at both sides of the pole 6 of the electromagnet. When the permanent magnets 11-14 move to approach the poles 6 of the electromagnet, the movement is detected by one reed switch 7 to generate attracting force at the electromagnet 5, and when the magnets 11-14 separate, the movement is detected by the other switch 8, thereby generating the repelling force at the electromagnet 5. In this manner, a motor having no brush can be obtained, thereby facilitating an application to a linear drive.

175 Rotor driving gear in electrically-driven motor provided with plurality of rotors JP7516778 1978-06-21 JPS552343A 1980-01-09 IWAI SHIYOUZOU
PURPOSE: TO obtain a motor that ensures little power consumed, by mounting an electromagnet in close vicinity to the magnetic poles of a rotor consisting of permanent magets, and by turning the rotor by reaction among the electromagnet and the magnetic poles of the rotor by intermittently feeding electricity to the electromagnet. CONSTITUTION: Three permanent magnets 11∼13 are installed to a rotor 3 so that S poles be directed to the outsides in the radial directions, and an electromagnet 9 is mounted in close vicinity to the surfaces of revolution of the magnets while a magnetic substance 7 is disposed at an appropriate location. Thus, a magnetic pole 10 and the permanent magnet 11 generate reaction to turn the rotor 3 when electricity i supplied to the eletromagnet 9 to bring the magnetic pole 10 to a S pole, and turning effort is obtained by sucking force between the magnetic pole 11 and the magnetic substance 7 when the rotor rotates to some extent. Consequently, a motor that ensures little power consumed can be gained by intermittently repeating feed to the electromagnet 9. A rotor 4 with the same structure may be connected by means of toothed wheels 5, 6. COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
