A minute flow path is filled with liquid so that the liquid may be supplied from an accumulating portion. Energy is imparted to the liquid exposed outwardly of an opening in the flow path by a heat generating element or by energy application to thereby heat and gasify the liquid. Thereupon, the liquid is supplied by an amount corresponding to the gasified liquid by capillary phenomenon through the flow path, and gasification is continuously effected, whereby a flow free of pulsating flow can be formed in the flow path. |

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erosion of water and clean water in a low cost without using a lubricating pump by arranging a pair of or a plural pair of watersupply ports at a side wall of a liquid container and on vertical 2 positions under a water surface, communicating and connecting vertical watersupply ports with/to each other through a water passage, and naturally circulate liquid in the liquid container through the water passage. SOLUTION: Water supply ports 3, 4 are formed on a side wall in the vicinity of a bottom and a water surface, at a position lower than a water surface W1 of a water container 1 in which water W is filled, and vertical watersupply ports 3, 4 are communicated and connected with/to each other by a pipe 2 in an outside of the water container 1. In such formed water container 1, water which is extremely and loosely filled by a difference between upper and lower water pressure in the water container 1, a temperature difference, and the like flows from a lower watersupply port 3 to an upper watersupply port 4 bypassing a bypass 2 as a water passage shown in an arrow, it flows downward in the water container 1, and then, it flows from the lower watersupply port 3 to the water passage 2 again. As a result, a circulation action is generated. By circulating water at all times, an erosion action of water is suppressed, and conservation of a long period is enabled. PURPOSE:To form a flow of no pulsation in a circulating path and to provide no dead space, so that a fine amount of liquid can be allowed to accurately flow, by giving energy to liquid exposed from an outlet part of the circulating path so as to continuously vaporize the liquid. CONSTITUTION:A liquid reservoir part 2 for accumulating liquid is connected to one side of a fine circulating path 1, to form the other side to serve as an outlet part 3 of an opening. Relating to a pressure by a level of liquid in the liquid reservoir part 2, internal resistance of the circulating path 1 and surface tension of a liquid surface exposed to the outside in the outlet part 3 are balanced, to place a flow in a stationary condition. Now when vaporizing energy is given to the liquid exposed in the outside in the outlet part 3, the liquid in the outlet part 3 is vaporized to become vaporized matter 4 and released. Then by a vaporized amount, the liquid is supplied by a capillary phenomenon to flow in the outlet part 3 through the circulating path 1. Now when the vaporizing energy is continuously given to continue vaporization, a flow of no pulsation can be formed in the circulating path 1. | ||||||
