Sealing in rotary positive displacement machines based on trochoidal geometry that comprise a helical rotor that undergoes planetary motion within a helical stator is described. Seals can be mounted on the rotor, the stator, or both. The rotor can have a hypotrochoidal cross-section, with the corresponding stator cavity profile being the outer envelope of the rotor as it undergoes planetary motion, or the stator cavity can have an epitrochoidal cross-section with the corresponding rotor profile being the inner envelope of the trochoid as it undergoes planetary motion. In some embodiments, the geometry is offset in a manner that provides advantages with respect to sealing in the rotary machine. In multi-stage embodiments, the rotor-stator geometry remains substantially constant or varies along the axis of the rotary machine. |

A rotary fluid machine, such as a pump or motor has a housing with a spherical interior in which primary and secondary vanes rotate with the secondary vane reciprocating between open and closed positions with respect to the primary vane. Improvements to this type of fluid machine are defined to improve the rigidity of the internals while removing heat generated by compression as well as providing facile conversion of the machine from a liquid pump to a gas compressor, to provide for multiple flow streams at multiple flow rates in a single machine, multiple flow streams at multiple compression ratios in a single machine, and dual simultaneous function as a motor and a compressor. |

A spherical gear pump comprises a housing with a first longitudinal axis, a spherical seat, an inlet and outlet adjacent the seat, inlet and outlet passages communicating with the inlet and outlet and adapted for connection to a source of liquid and a liquid load. A hemispherical gear is rotatively mounted within the seat and includes a plurality of peripherally spaced radial gear teeth and a drive shaft for rotation about the first axis. A hemispherical cam is adjustably positioned within the spherical seat having an arc less than 180.degree., and radial cam surfaces facing the spherical gear. A plurality of separate symmetrical radial gear teeth are pivotally mounted within and between the teeth of the spherical gear with each separate gear tooth having a radial top wall centrifugally biased against the cam surfaces on rotation of the spherical gear and a bottom wall adapted for pivotal movements within planes passing through the first axis on rotation of the separate gear teeth over the cam surfaces. |

A volumetric machine comprises a cylindrical screw meshing with a pinion-wheel, a low pressure port near one end of the screw, a high pressure port near the other end of the screw, and a control slide axially movable in the bore of a housing in which the screw is rotatable. In one condition, including a series of positions, the slide more or less broadens the high pressure port and thus controls the volumetric ratio of the machine, but covers any threads of the screw which are meshing with the pinion-wheel. In another condition, the slide closes the high pressure port except a stationary port but uncovers some of the threads meshing with the screw, such as to establish a part load with a predetermined volumetric ratio. |

본 고안은 온수 순환펌프에 관한 것으로서, 그 구성은 구동모터(60)의 중앙에 회전축(13)이 설치되며, 이 회전축(13)의 선단에는 구동자석(12)을 수용하고 있는 구동마그네틱부(11)가 설치되는 구동부(10)와; 상기 구동마그네틱부(11)의 회전에 의하여 상부에는 임펠러(23)의 형상으로 이루어져 있으며, 그 내부에는 종동자석(22)이 수용되어 있는 종동마그네틱부(21)가 회전됨으로 입수부(25)로부터 출수부(26)로 온수를 순환시킬 수 있도록 한 펌핑부(20)와;
상기 구동부(10)와 펌핑부(20)의 사이에 설치되어 누수를 방지할 수 있도록 한 차단막(30)으로 구성되어진 온수 순환펌프(1)에 있어서;
