Normally the through-hole 105 is closed by the top plate 61b to make the plugging port 63a protrude from/retreat into the through-hole 105 by the turning operation of the receptacle body 61. When the spiral gear 30 on one end of the shaft 28 in between the shafts 6, 8 is engaged with the spiral gear 14, the shaft 28 is rotated by the rotation of the shaft 6.
