The loops are tubular and have slits 4 at one end for the insertion of celluloid or other removable stiffening strips 7. In a modification, the loops are of single thickness and have a pocket at each end to receive the ends of the stiffeners. In another modification, the ends of the stiffeners pass through slits on the loops.
