| PURPOSE: To permit an automatic packaging operation from bagging to vacuum packing, without liquids being dropped from foods through the opening of a bag by fitting a bag over a hopper provided on a conveyor device in an inclined position, conveying the hopper and bag together in inclined state, filling the bag with its contents and transferring the bag onto the plate of a vacuum packer. CONSTITUTION: A conveyor device 10 with a plurality of hoppers 23 supported thereby in an inclined position intermittently turns at the same interval as an interval at which each hopper is mounted. A bag feeding device 60 fits a bag 200 over the hopper 23 with its opening widened by two vacuum cups sucking the same from up and down while the conveyor is stopped and, when the hopper is moved and stopped at the next section, the bag is filled with its contents. The hopper 23 is then raised at an angle from its stopping position and a push rod 135 relatively movable with respect thereto pushes the contents from the inside of the hopper into the bag, which is disengaged from the hopper with a pressure created by the contents being pushed for transfer onto a plate 102, which is then moved in inclined state and a vacuum is applied to the contents while it is moving. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 적층 배열된 복수의 카트리지를 층별로 통합 제어하도록 각 층별로 설치된 통합 카트리지 제어 유닛을 포함하며, 상기 통합 카트리지 제어 유닛은, 상기 적층 배열된 카트리지의 식별정보를 생성하기 위한 제 1 및 제 2 로터리 스위치; 및 상기 복수의 카트리지에 복수의 정제 카세트가 각각 결합되면 카트리지 식별정보 및 해당 정제 카세트의 정제 정보를 판독하고, 외부 장치로부터 수신된 조제 관련 커멘드 데이터에 포함된 정제 정보를 상기 판독된 정제 정보와 비교하여 일치하면 해당 정제 카세트와 결합된 카트리지에 모터 구동 제어 신호를 제공하고, 상기 외부 장치로부터 수신된 정제 정보 위치 관련 커멘드 데이터에 따라 해당 정제 정보가 보관된 정제 카세트에 결합된 카트리지 식별정보를 상기 외부 장치에 제공하도록 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제 자동 포장 장치를 제공한다. |
