PURPOSE:To allow sealing both by pressing and pinching by a stamp and to achieve a clear impression when with no base in the press sealing by turning a stamp with respect to a frame while always integrating the stamp, a stamp pad and a receiving plate. CONSTITUTION:A stamp 2 is set vertical to a frame 1. A projection 10 of a lid 7 is moved to remove the cover of a stamp pad hollow 9 and then, a stamp 2 contacts the stamp pad by holding the frame 1 and a receiving plate 6 together. Then, the holding force is loosened to move the projection 10 of the lid 7 and after the stamp pad hollow 9 is covered, a document for sealing is inserted into a clearance 11. The document is pinched between the stamp 2 and the receiving plate 6 to be sealed by holding the frame 1 and the receiving plate 6 again. A soft material 8 is mounted on the upper side of the lid 7 to get the stamp 2 tight on the document thereby enabling a clear impression. When the document is sealed at the center, the stamp 2 is set parallel to the frame 1.
