741 Double facer JP13424897 1997-05-07 JPH10305499A 1998-11-17 MATSUI HIROKI; SAITO HIROSHI
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily adhere a triple wall corrugated fiberboard sheet by substantially equivalently urging the sheet to a heating platen without depending upon a belt in the case of moving the sheet while heating to dry paste in a double facer, and upgrading air permeability of the sheet with the peripheral atmosphere. SOLUTION: An urging plate 36 supported to a support beam via a parallel linkage is urged by a spring 40 of a compressed state to urge a triple wall corrugated fiberboard sheet W to a heating platen 18. The sheet W is moved while being brought into slidable contact with the plate 36 and plate 18 to be heated and dried. A plurality of the plates 36 are aligned to form a lateral row in a width direction of the sheet, and a plurality of the lateral rows are also aligned in a longitudinal direction of the sheet. 742 Recording paper JP3384097 1997-02-18 JPH10226181A 1998-08-25 IGUCHI YUJI; WAKAURA SUKEJI
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out heat adhesion more uniformly in a shorter period of time by allowing a moisture-retaining agent to be contained in a heat adhesive layer for effecting effective adherence in use of an electromagnetic wave heating device. SOLUTION: The recording paper comprises a constitution where, e.g. a sublimate thermal transfer receiving image layer 1 is provided on one surface of a carrier 2, and a heat adhesive layer 3 containing a moisture-retaining agent is formed on the other surface. Since the moisture-retaining agent is contained in the heat adhesive layer 3 and water is heated by electromagnetic wave, water taken in the moisture-retaining agent being a great part of water in the heat adhesive layer 3 is heated. Through the agency of the heat adhesive agent lying near the moisture-retaining agent, heat of heated water is transmitted to the heat adhesive agent without undergoing a great loss, thus performing effective heating of the heat adhesive layer. However, as an extremely much moisture-retaining agent, i.e., water is contained in the heat adhesive layer 3, blocking is likely to take place irrespectively of much water taken in the moisture-retaining agent, on the contrary, the effect becomes little as it is extremely less.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a process in which the length of a machine is reduced to make the machine compact, and simultaneously the generation of warpage which makes problems with respect to quality is controlled. SOLUTION: A method in which a single facer and a double facer are arranged along a conductive endless belt 21, heating and pressing are conducted by an induction heating apparatuses 24, 27 and a press 28, and warpage is controlled by heating in a state in which only a small difference in water contents exists between front and back liners 6, 4 to be stuck to enable the manufacture of a corrugated board sheet 12. 746 Composite vessel JP4891996 1996-03-06 JPH09239872A 1997-09-16 WADA KIYOSHI; MAEDA MICHIHIRO; ISHIKAWA HAJIME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the rigidity without development of cracking of a barrier layer by providing an opening edge member of synthetic resin at the opening peripheral edge of a vessel body of composite material containing sheet as a main material, and forming the composite material of the barrier layer made of metal deposited film and a laminating material having outermost and innermost layers of synthetic resin. SOLUTION: A vessel body 2 has a sheet layer and a barrier layer of main material, and a shell 5 and a bottom 8 are formed of a composite material containing outermost layer and innermost layer of synthetic resin layer. The barrier layer is formed of a metal deposited film or inorganic deposited film. The metal deposited film is formed by depositing aluminum oxide on a film and the inorganic deposited film is formed by depositing silicon oxide on a film. An opening edge member 4 is provided at the opening peripheral edge 3 of the body 2. A columnar member 7 is provided to cover the end face of the composite material in the body at the laminating position 6 of the shell 5, and a bottom annular member 10 covers along the mating line 9 of the shell 5 and the bottom 9. The members 4, 7 and 10 are integrated by insert molding. COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO

748 Manufacture of water-absorbing complex JP22765595 1995-09-05 JPH0970914A 1997-03-18 OKAMOTO KOICHI; SUMINAGA MASAMOTO; MIYAKE KOJI; HARADA NOBUYUKI; SHIRANE NAOYUKI
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a water-absorbing complex with high mechanical strength to be productively manufactured by covering the outside of a water-impermeable bag-like or a cylindrical object with a water-absorbing polymer layer. SOLUTION: A molten polyethylene 5 is applied to the surface of a water- absorbing polymer sheet 1 in such a manner that the former is, for example, 8μm thick. Next, a tube-like low-density polyethylene film(inflation film)4 is stacked on the water-absorbing polymer sheet 1, and is wound under pressure in such a state that the film 4 is continuously stuck to the sheet 1. Further, the molten polyethylene 5 is applied to the surface of the water-absorbing polymer sheet 1 so that the former is, for example, 8μm thick. In addition, the polyethylene film faces of the tube-like film 4 stuck to the water-absorbing polymer sheet 1 are lapped to each other, and are continuously stuck together and wound to obtain a water-absorbing complex 1.
749 Double-layered postcard having decorative foil JP7357195 1995-03-30 JPH08267964A 1996-10-15 SHOJI TOMONARI
PURPOSE: To obtain a double-layered postcard having decorative foil of which the brightness is held even at the time of opening by providing decorative foil such as metal foil or hologram foil between a printing layer and a transparent thermoplastic resin film. CONSTITUTION: A printing layer 12 of a pattern or a character is provided on postcard pasteboard 11 and decorative foil 14 such as metal foil or hologram foil is formed thereon by a hot stamp and a polyvinyl chloride film 15 is further provided thereon through an adhesive 13. The postcard pasteboard 11 is folded double along the folding part (t) at the central part thereof and the folded parts are superposed one upon another under heating and pressure to be falsely bonded through the polyvinyl chloride film 15 to obtain a double-layered postcard having the decorative foil. By this constitution, since decorative properties are generated in the printing layer 12 and the metal foil or hologram foil appears at a time of opening, an impact becomes strong and a postcard optimum to propagation or direct mail is obtained.
