In a stirring chamber 4, the atmospheric air is mixed in water by the stirring action of a rotary blade 3 revolved by the flowing water as motive power and activation of microorganism such as bacteria or the like in water is promoted. During a time when flowing water is passed through plural fine screens 5 in a filter chamber, fine trash is almost perfectly removed and the trash or the like accumulated on the screens 5 is decomposed by microorganism activated in the stirring chamber 4 to purify said water. Purified water from which odor, turbidity, trash or the like are perfectly removed is discharged from a discharge port 10.
