Fine tubes 9 made of permeable membrane containing living cells or immobilized enzyme dispersion for te first reaction are placed on the outside surface of the permeable membrane 7 and other fine tubes 11 containing living cells or immobilized enzyme for te second reaction enclosed inside are placed on the inner surface of the membrane 7.
