As a result, regardless of anaerobic and aerobic biological membrane filter beds, the excessive increase of bacteria adhered to the biological membrane filter beds can be prevented and the oxidative decomposition of org. substances is enabled without almosts increasing sludge and the sludge load of a heat treatment reactor can be reduced.
