The roughly-crushed material is pulled by the suction delivering force of a blower 14 to a fine-crusher B, crushed by a rotary cutter 9 and a fixed cutter 10 more finely, screened by a fine screen 11 into finely crushed material X2, delivered to a top hopper 16 and the finely-crushed material X2 delivered from the centrifugal direction into the hopper 16 is blown into the reserving tank 15 which can blow off air freely. The finely-crushed material X2 is delivered by a screw conveyor 23 at the bottom of the hopper into the reproducer S.
