2 G in the case of CO
2 ) or pseudo-critical state. The pressure of the mixture is instantaneously decreased to atmospheric pressure or thereabout using a pressure reducing valve 5 and the mixed liquid is introduced into a separation tank 6. Disintegrated microbial cell is recovered from the bottom outlet port 8 and the solvent is recovered from the top outlet port 7.
