Thereby, a liquid pumping-up process is divided into two stages when pumping and sending a liquid by means of the storage pump P and, even if a cavitation has occurred immediately after the liquid is sucked in by means of the rotation of the first impeller 3, the cavitation can exactly disappear by the pumping capacity of the second impeller 4 in the course of discharging liquid from the discharge port 1b, to stabilize the flowing condition of the liquid. Further, it is possible to remove variation in the quantity of pumping-up liquid and increase the liquid pumping up capacity in the critical condition of starting cavitation, to stabilize discharge pressure.
