CONSTITUTION: An image sensor 606 is coupled with the oscillation driving system consisting of piezoelectric bodies 602 and 604, and a counter balance 608 is used to cancel the movement of the center of gravity of the whole oscillation system by combining the movement of the center of gravity of the image sensor and the movement of the center of gravity in the opposite direction. Three picture element signals A, B, and C are obtained in parallel from the image sensor. Those three signals are for sending image signals of the whole image pickup on time-division basis and image-pickup data when timing signals CLA, CLB, and CLC are "1". Those signals A, B, and C are inputted to a shift register by the timing signals CLA, CLB, and CLC. A constant data array in constant phase is transferred to the trailing stage of the shift register. The output signal of the shift register is supplied to a majority decision circuit to extract data with high possibility.
