CONSTITUTION: The shaft 3 of the windmill 2 having two or more vanes is passed through the water tank 1 of the solar heat hot water boiler and the heat generating section 4 is connected to the lower end of the shaft 3 so as to generate heat by being rotated with the shaft 3. The heat generating section 4 is also connected to a heat collecting section of the hot water boiler by means of pipes 5 and 6. Thus, when the heat collecting section receives only a small quantity of solar heat due to atmospheric or seasonal conditions, the heat generating section 4 is caused to generate heat by the rotation of the windmill 2 to thereby help increase the temperature of the water in the water tank.
