Mounting members 11 for an electricity generator 12 are rotatably attached to the tips of the support shfats 9 through thrust bearings 10. A support spring 18 is interposed between a horizontal bar 7 and the rear end of the body of a casing 13 and supports the generator 12 so that the propeller 14 of the generator 12 is oriented slightly downward or upward as to a horizontal line by the elastic action of the spring 18. When a strong wind blows, the generator 12 and the propeller 14 are rotated by the pressure of the wind against the elastic action of the support spring 18.
