When indoor heating is at work, a circulating heating circuit 45 is connected with the bathwater heater 4 and the circulating pump P and heat exchange takes place from the circulating heating circuit 45 to a heat medium circuit takes place at a heat-absorbing heat exchanger 26 so that the heat medium in a heat medium-heating circuit 29 is heated to a specified temperature.
