When the heating is to be performed, a flow passage in the four-way valve 36 is exchanged and the coolant is circulated in sequence via compressor 32, four-way valve 36, indoor air heat exchanger 33, expansion mechanism 37 and outdoor water heat exchanger 35 in sequence.
