2 is introduced through the hole 9 of the upper part 1 from the accumulator to cover the uneven surface of the molded article with the polyvinylchloride sheet 3 heated by the heater 2. By this, the surface of the resin molded article 4 of complex shape is covered. The soft polyvinylcyloride sheet does ot heat-shrink, though it is convered by vacuum-pneumatic forming, and it can provide the hot-stamped, desired wood grain pattern on the surface of the molded article.
