While the gasifying device 10 forces steam to be injected by pressure into pipe lines, through which bottom parts of the first and second combustors 13a, 13b communicate with the bottom part of the reactor 11, respectively through flow regulating valves 18a, 18b. In this way, working fluid or the like in the first combustor 13a is supplied to the reactor 11 by the amount regulated by the steam forced to be injected by pressure through the flow regulating valve 18a, while cooled by high temperature water in the heat conduction pipe 16.
