CONSTITUTION:A high-temperature exhaust gas 7 of a molten carbonate fuel cell is introduced into an empty chamber 6 of a carbon dioxide gas eliminating device 1 so as to heat an absorbent contained in an absorbent filling chamber 5 by means of a heat transfer wall 4, thereby the gas 7 being cooled. Next, the gas 7 is introduced into a condenser 3 for condensing steam into a condensate water 9, which is exhausted. After that, the gas 7 is introduced into an absorbent filling chamber 5 of a carbon dioxide gas absorbing device 2, where carbon dioxide gas is absorbed, thus a hydrogen 11 of low temperature only is supplied to the positive side of the fuel cell as a fuel. A room-temperature air 10, after being introduced into an empty chamber 6 of the device 2 and being heated through a heat transfer wall 4, is further heated with the condenser 3 before it is introduced into the chamber 5 of the device 1.
