Therefore, a voltage is developed in proportion to the flow-rate by multiplier circuit 7 applied with a mean flow-rate signal outputted by flow-rate detection circuit 5 and a water- depth current from converter 3, so that a simple constitution using a few ultrasonic flow meter probes will provide high-precision flow-rate measurement.
