CONSTITUTION: A heating type temperature-sensitive resistor 2 with a heating part 3 and a temperature-sensitive resistor 4 without a heating part are provided to the flowing part of air which passes through a filter 1, and both terminals of the elements are connected to a comparator 5, respectively. When the wind velocity is decreased by the clogging of the filter 1, the temperature of the element 2 increases because the heat dissipation from the surface of element 2 is decreased, and the difference between both the resistance values of elements 2 and 4 increases. A symbol 6 is a motor for fan, a symbol 7 is a field winding of the motor 6, a symbol 8 is a step-down transformer, of which secondary coil is inputted to the comparator 5 by connecting a primary coil and the winding 7 parallelly to each other. When the difference between the resistance values of the elements 2 and 4 exceeds a standard value obtained by converting the voltage of the 2nd coil, a signal is outputted.
