A frequency converter 53 of the controller 36 generates pulses of the frequency of the motor 35 becoming the arbitrary rotating speed at an equal interval, and a modulation wave generator 54 generates 4-phase modulation waves in which the output frequencies of the inverter 33 are displaced by 90 deg.C in phase.
