When these guide plates 12, 13 are pointed in the direction parallel to a current plate 2 and a cold air 3 is injected therefrom, a uncooled room air 3a is drawn through a clearance 8 due to a static pressure difference between the cold air 3 and the room air, and subsequently injected in mixture with the cold air 3.
