An LED 72 is connected to the output terminal of the flip flop 71, and lights up when the output terminal of the flip flop 71 becomes L. When switching signals are counted N-times with the counter 70 initially standing at zero, the flip flop 71 is inverted. At the moment the flicker state of the LED 72 is inverted.
