When in this state these are put in a heating furnace and heated, the glass plates 1 are evenly heated through the elastic plates 2 on account of heat transfer from the soaking plates 3, thus they are heated to an even temperature over the entire part in a short time. Here, heat pipes or semiconductor heating elements may be used in place of Al or Cu plates for the soaking plates 3.
