After each of protection materials 12 is disposed in a ridge spot 11a of the bundle 11 in parallel to the axial direction of the bundle 11, a covering layer 13 is formed on an outer periphery. Even when a some substance is brought into contact therewith during the use of it for an oblique tension bridge to damage the covering layer 13 at the apex part, the protection material 12 prevents damage thereof to protect the bundle 11, resulting in the possibility to improve durability.
