CONSTITUTION: The flower shop inputs data such as the code number of the flower shop itself and the birthday of the customer by pushing the buttons of figures in a (push pulse type) telephone set 1. The data are sent through the telephone line to a voice recognition and response device 2 in the head office. The voice recognition and response device 2 converts the data to a computer signal and sends the signal to a computer 3 in the head office. Based on the birthday, the computer 3 retrieves the divided result corresponding to the customer among the patterns of the divided results which are inputted to the computer in advance. Then, the divined result is transmitted through a facsimile adapter 4 and the telephone line to a facsimile equipment 5 in the flower shop and the customer.
