CONSTITUTION: A nozzle 1 has a hollow part 2 and a discharge port 3 located at the bottom of the hollow part. The discharge port and the hollow part have almost the same cross-sectional area. A raw material, the flow of which is made laminar by the hollow part, is discharged from the port as the material remains laminar. A direction change plate 4 has a smooth guide face 4a, a sharp front edge 4b and a circular contour. The thickness of the material discharged from the port 3 is gradually reduced by the direction change plate 4 so that a film of the material is sent out in a sectional pattern from the front edge 4b of the plate. Such sectorial pattern are partly overlapped with each other. For example, three sectorial patterns are placed in parallel with one another and their right and left ends of low density are overlapped with each other so that the central part and peripheral part of each sectorial pattern have almost the same quantity of discharge.
