CONSTITUTION: The wall of the bridge 1 has the double structure consisting of the main body 15 and its internal plate 16. An internal material 17 is arranged between them at regular intervals and a space is formed between them. The lower end of this space opens at the wind tunnel 8 and the rear end forms an opening 18 which is lead to the wheel house 2. Besides, the metallic air introducing pipe 6 is connected to the wind tunnel 8 through the fan 7. The other end of this air introducing pipe 6 is wound around an exhaust steam pipe 5 and the end opens in the engine room 3. Consequently, the air in the engine room 3 passes through the introducing pipe 6 by the fan 7 and is heated around the exhaust steam pipe 5. Then it is sent to the space between the main body 15 of the bridge and its internal plate 16.
