If there is the difference between the potential at the position and a designed one, laser trimming is subjected to the resistance 10, and its value is changed, whereby the voltage impressed on the electrode 9 is corrected to obtain the designed potential. Thus the precise coordinates at the input point that a finger touches can be inputted to a computer, etc.
