When the top end of the strip material advances, the arm 5 rotates and strikes the head of the strip material C. When its top end points downwards, the strip material C is sheared by the cutters 1 and 10, then guided by the arm 13 and divided into two by a guide plate 20. Crop is carried out from the lower part.
