While the paste in a tank mixer 9 of an arm 8 is agitated with the rotary action of a rotary shaft 6 and a worm gear 7, it is allotted and is dropped through the groove 11 of a dropping port 7, and simultaneously while the particles are removed under the condition without dewatering by the combined effect of a plurality of the rotary sliding action-crushers of the composite shape of the rubber blade 10 in a rotary rotor 13 and liners 12, 18, 19, the paste is dropped, and the residual fine particles collected in a semicircular mixer 14 correspondingly to the difference of specific gravity, is returned to the tank mixer 9 through a sand pump 21 and a return pipe 22.
