CONSTITUTION: A laser beam 7 is caused to scan the shadow area 41 on a pillar lens 4 by use of a lens 3 and two scanning mirrors 1, 2 which are scanning at right angle each other. Laser beam from the pillar lens 41 is reflected by a cone-type reflector 5 which opens at 90° angle so that the angle center line agrees with the line 51 which is in the direction free from the lens effect of the pillar lens 4. The laser from the reflector 5 is projected on a disk 6, whereby the rectangular controlled laser is converted to the polar coordinate system.
