CONSTITUTION: A substrate 1 is printed with an arbitrary pattern 5 (comprising an opaque ground coat layer 2, a pattern portion 3 desired to be convex portions and a pattern portion 4 desired to be concave portions), and a (semi)transparent synthetic resin layer 6 is provided thereon. Then, an ink or paint comprising the synthetic resin compounded with 5W10% organic foaming agent (e.g., azodicarbonamide, benzene sulfonyl hydrazide or the like) is applied to the positions above the pattern portion 4 desired to be concave portions so as to cover them in order to form a pattern portion 7 of small glossiness.
