The excavation muck is put on any place of the conveyer 12 by bulldozer, small-size belt conveyer, and back hoe and carried along to the pit 3. The muck is dropped into a bucket 15 in the pit 3 and discharged to a hopper 17 by a bucket elevator 16. When the conveyer 12 is lowered by a guide 12b, it is lowered along a guide steel 14. The limit to discharging distance can thus be eliminated.
