2 . An interference ratio arithmetic circuit 6 supplies the center value (m) for each cycle of the pulse T
2 and calculates an electric power ratio D
2 /U
2 between a desired wave and a disturbing wave of the relevant detecting section according to a prescribed equation to deliver it.
