The sampling period of unit 2 and the number of data used in unit 4 are so set that position relations of all data may be different from one another and position relations on the phase between respective data may be equal to one another under this state. As a result, the data volume used for average value calculation is increased practically, and the ripple component rate of output (y) is reduced.
