When a customer makes a purchase at the store A, the data on the area OE and the registered total amount are transferred to a data recorder 1A as long as the card information is effective. The recorder 1A refers to a contractor file 2A to check that both the same issuer and the same name code are registered and then replaces the transaction series number, the transaction frequencies and the amount paid to write them to the file 2A.
