CONSTITUTION: A junction box 5 in each course for connecting a touch plate 1 and a timer section 2 as detection part receives a detection pulse with transmitting/ receiving terminals 7 from the timer section 2 through a cable 6. When a terminal 8 of the detection part is short circuited, a negative signal is transmitted delayed by a time set by a resistance R and a capacitor C with respect to the detection pulse. The delayed time is set for each course beforehand. Thus as the timer section 2 receives negative corresponding signal having a constant delayed time in the course in which the detection part operates, it is possible to discriminate the course in which the detection part is operating.
