An upper end part 1a on which this display part 6 is provided in constituted so that it can be rotated by 180° by a rotating part A, and projections 10a, 10b engaged to recessed parts 9aW9d of a groove 9 are provided on the rotating part A. In this state, a rotation of the display part 6 is detected by a microswitch MS, is processed by an electric circuit, and the display state is changed and displayed.
